Pre-Bottom C Leather Care Pre-Bottom C is a water-based primer designed for use on highly absorbent leathers (such as aniline or Bicast or Bonded Leathers) and leathers with light cracking. Pre-Bottom C is an absorption blocker – it slows the leather's ability to absorb colour. This allows the Pre-Bottom to bond with both the leather the colour, creating a strong bond between the two. Pre-Bottom C can also be used to repair leather with isolated or light cracking. The product is sticky – it essentially glues the cracks together. Pre-Bottom C should be hand applied. Colour should be applied (either by spraying or hand wiping) when the Pre-Bottom is still wet, this creates a stronger bond between the colour and the leather. Pre-Bottom C will remain tacky until colour or finish is applied. Suitable for aniline and pigmented leather Bonded and Bicast
